Hey savvies! Welcome back to another episode of the podcast. In today’s episode, we’re talking about how to use your download data to make strategic decisions in your business. 

So many people see their download numbers and instead of using the data strategically, they freak out and question their numbers and if they’re even good enough which can lead us to a downward spiral. 

So I want to dive into how we can avoid that spiral and actually use our download data strategically.

  1. Analyze your top 5 to 10 top performing episodes 

Now, I would exclude any episodes that weren’t done in the past year and definitely take your welcome episode out of the mix if you launched less than a year ago, but this helps you get a better picture of what episodes your listeners are loving so that you can create more content that they love.

2. Create more content for your podcast based on that data 

Once you have analyzed this data, you can use your findings to create more similar content that your listeners will love. 

3. Create mini offers based on these results 

If you want to take it to the next level, you can use the data from your podcast episodes to create customizied mini products diving deeper into those topics so that your audience can get what they want and you can make a little profit from it
